But I really long for the greater beauty of home in Maine. These 2 pictures were taken with 2 hours of each other. The light is a perfect golden at this time of year.

Everybody that knows me knows I can't grow a houseplant if my life depended on it. I guess nobody told the orchids......they were down to just vertical sticks.

Richmond Island Maine-----one of the most beautiful places on the planet. This young ram took a liking to me and walked with me for over 2 miles!

Reeling from finding Ken in bed wih her best friend Midge, Brunette Barbie takes to her bed with her other friend, Blonde Barbie. Although they have brought their favourite stuffed dogs for comfort, they look deeply into each other's eyes and see something else there.....
Meanwhile, the Kens have discovered that they are actually gay.
Disgusted by the various turns of events, Midge has become a lounge singer in a seedy bar.

Brunette Barbie comes home from work early to find Ken in bed with her best friend, Midge. Brunette Barbie is going to slap them silly. Although Ken was watching the clock (at his feet) Midge is a temptress with an apple!!!
Blond Barbie is a voyeur, but is at least using the time wisely to work out with her exercise bands. Poor little sister Skipper says, "hey, I just came in here for my knitting!" (on table).

Sorry for my long silence!!!! The sailing has just been so great here on the glorious coast of Maine. Here is a photo of last night in nearby Quahog.

Things I miss:
My extraordinarily talented gardener (and expectant father!), Junie, who keeps everything so green and beautiful.
His wife Dionne, a certified teacher of French and Spanish in Antigua's public schools, is also a wonderful person (and an actual teacher, with a master's degree------not a Liz McCusker styling herself as "school teacher" without even a college degree)
