I have done business with Downeast Energy for 22 years, during which time I have paid them well over $100,000-----probably more like $150,000 or more.
All was fine until I had a problem. Their lack of responsiveness is epic.
It is clear they care nothing for a long-time customer (I recently had to phone them 8 times, and when they finally responded they told me to put my issue in writing).
Sure, do business with them if you think you'll never have an issue.
In the meantime, I will keep posting about my experiences with Downeast.
