A friend of mine whose mother just died wrote to another friend of mine.......

The friend who is grieving phoned me in Antigua, and we talked for about an hour and a half about family dynamics and such.  The next day she wrote to our mutual friend,

"Marjorie is one of the few people in my life whom I trust, and who always tells the truth about situations.  Her perspective is sometimes hard to hear, but  always helpful, and always provides me with needed perspective".

Wow.
