Payments to me by the McCuskers have consistently been late-----over 99 % of the time.
My understanding of the reason for this comes from Steve. He has insisted that the monthly due date is the 14th of the month. But it is not-----it is the 1st of the month. I granted him a 14-day grace period each month; he has come to think of this as the "due date". I am told by an old friend who is legal counsel to several banks that this way of thinking is actually common. The problem is, it means that if something goes wrong-----the mail is delayed, or an error is made----there's been an automatic violation of the judgment, with no chance to fix it.
The fact that the payments are constantly late leads me to the belief that money is tight. So if that is the case, why wouldn't Liz get a real, full-time job, particularly one with benefits? No NOT for a relative-------an ACTUAL job. Not at 8 Corners Store!
