It's my opinion that this is the McCuskers' motto
In her deposition, Liz McCusker continually referred to a person named Elizabeth McLoughlin (which I maybe have spelled wrong), whom she claimed was harassing her via Facebook). It was a difficult conversation to follow, but I finally got the gist of it.
I had first heard of Elizabeth McLoughlin from Steve. He told me that she was my "sister-in-law" (news to me) and that he found her Facebook postings vile. I thus became curious about this person who was apparently as upset with the McCuskers as I was, and when I had the opportunity to have a third party look into it, I'll admit that I was amused that someone was helping me by pointing out the lies that the McCuskers, particularly through "Jack Hill", were posting.
So I went along with it when Steve, several times, emailed me about my "sister-in-law". Yup, whatever; if she says she's my sister-in-law, fine, she can be my sister-in-law....whoever the hell she is. She sure knew Steve and Liz. I felt true, emotional relief that there was a third party who knew what they were putting me through----not only on the "Jack Hill" defamatory postings, but also on the fact that Steve was not paying me what I was owed under the Federal Court Judgment----and that "Jack Hill" denied that Steve owed me anything!
Steve said that he thought the person was me because she/he knew things that he thought only I would know. So I asked him under oath, "Do you think women talk to one another?". I also asked him if he thought it likely that I had yapped to others far and wide about his actions. He answered both questions in the affirmative. Yet a few weeks later, he was back to his same old song that Elizabeth McLoughlin could only be me. I think he was listening to his wife's highly flawed logic on the matter....you know; the mind is made up, so don't confuse it with the facts.
It's funny that about a year ago I found out who Elizabeth McLoughlin is. Steve and I were together, and I told him that I had found out who it was, that it was someone both of us know, and further told him that I was personally surprised.
You would think that at that moment---we were together and having kind words----his next question would have been, "Well, who is it?"
But he never asked that question. It makes me wonder if he knew all along, but went along with Liz using me, as she so often does, as the scapegoat for all their problems. I in fact wonder if they purposely set me up.

In Liz's deposition, and again in two other encounters....
....Liz stated (quoting here her 4/29 deposition)
"Marjorie, no matter how many facts you have about what happened, you will never change my mind."
She also stated under oath, "You will never change my mind that Elizabeth McLoughlin is you".
Ummmm..........OK, Liz. If your mind is made up, let's not let actual facts get in the way!
